ERP integrations

Connect field operations with the ERP you already use.

BoRo does not require replacing an ERP that works. We design integrations so requests, work orders, parts, evidence, costs, and billing communicate with Odoo, Defontana, SAP, Oracle, proprietary systems, or available APIs.

Integration without false claims

Each connection depends on API access, permissions, available data, and source-system rules. We talk about compatible architecture, not unverifiable certifications.

  • Odoo as ERP or operational core
  • Defontana via API when the system allows it
  • SAP, Oracle, or proprietary ERP with available interfaces
  • Webhooks, sync services, and logs

The right boundary

The ERP usually owns invoicing, accounting, and inventory. BoRo covers the operation between request and technical close to send clean data into administration.

  • Ready-to-bill states
  • Parts consumed or reserved
  • Execution costs and evidence
  • Visible exceptions before close

When it is strategic

  • The ERP exists, but the field operates outside it.
  • Billing is delayed by incomplete information.
  • Data is entered twice between work order and invoicing.
  • Customers need portals or reports with trustworthy data.
FAQ
Does BoRo replace Defontana, Odoo, or another ERP?

Not necessarily. If the ERP works for administration or invoicing, BoRo can act as the operational layer and integrate through APIs when viable.

Is the integration certified?

We do not claim certifications or partnerships unless they are verifiable. We evaluate each system technically and define compatible architecture.

What if the ERP has no API?

We review safe alternatives: controlled exports, connectors, intermediate automation, or process changes. Forcing fragile integrations is usually not wise.
